reachSync collects account data such as your X profile details, name, email (if available from auth providers), and account identifiers to provide sign-in and workspace functionality.

We process payments through Stripe and transactional email through Resend. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and not stored directly by us.

For AI features, we process your prompts and optional creator profile fields (including sample posts and voice notes) to generate growth recommendations. This data is stored in your account and may be sent to our AI provider to fulfill generation requests.

You can update or clear your saved voice profile from the dashboard at any time. Account deletion or data access requests can be sent to support@reachsync.app.

We use reasonable security controls, but no system is 100% secure. By using the service, you acknowledge this risk.
